Measuring The Degree Of The Effect Of The Financial And Operating Leverages On The Earning Per Share In The Energy Companies

This study aims at knowing the degree of the effect of the financial and operating leverages on the earning per share EPS in the companies. We chose the energy sector due to its important role in the Omani economy. The sample of the study included 09 energy companies listed in Muscat financial market during 2015-2021. In addition, we used the descriptive analytical method to achieve the aims, analyze and interpret the results, and reach conclusions and recommendations. As for hypotheses testing, we used Panel Data analysis with Eviews 12. Results of the statistical analysis and the hypotheses testing showed no statistically significant effect for the degree of the financial and operating leverages on EPS in the Omani energy companies. Moreover, the study recommends that the under study companies take advantage of the investment chances through getting long-term loans granted by the financial sector to achieve the basic goal of the use of the financial and operating leverages

The Repercussions Of The Ukrainian Crisis On The Economies Of The Maghreb States

This study aims at knowing the repercussions of the Ukrainian crisis on some economic indices of the Maghreb states and at revealing the economic position of these states in the international arena. In addition, the paper shows the future horizons of the economies of these states. To answer the problematic of the study that revolves around the repercussions of the Ukrainian crisis on the economies of the Maghreb states in the light of the potential courses, we used the analytical descriptive method. Moreover, we analyzed statistics and numbers related to the topic of the study in the light of the report of the World Bank and the ESCWA briefing of 2022. Findings show that the Ukrainian crisis has some negative repercussions on the growth of the gross domestic product GDP and inflation in the Maghreb states in the light of the scenarios of the short and long terms struggle, and that the changes of the oil prices are positive for the Algerian and Libyan economies and negative for the rest of the Maghreb states. In addition, the changes of the food products on the growth are negative in the Maghreb states in the scenario of the long term struggle. Furthermore, the unemployment rate will stay high in these states due to the crisis. The study recommends increasing and enlarging the support for the efforts of the agricultural production and the food security in these states.

علاقة الدورات التدريبية الإلكترونية بتطوير مهارات ممارسي مهنة المحاسبة

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز علاقة الدورات التدريبية الإلكترونية بتطوير مهارات ممارسي مهنة المحاسبة، وقد تم استخدم الاستبانة الإلكترونية كأداة لجمع البيانات، حيث بلغ حجم عيّنة الدّراسة (213) ممارسا للمهنة ينشطون بتسعة دول عربية، تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية، كما تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بعدّه منهجا مناسبا للإجابة عن إشكالية الدّراسة. وقد توصلت الدّراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية متوسطة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الدورات التدريبية الإلكترونية وتطوير المهارات الفكرية (الذهنية)، والمهارات الفنية والوظيفية، والمهارات السلوكية (المهارات الشخصية ومهارات التواصل) لممارسي مهنة المحاسبة، ووجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية ضعيفة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الدورات التدريبية الإلكترونية وتطوير مهارات التنظيم وإدارة الأعمال لممارسي مهنة المحاسبة بالدول عيّنة الدراسة.

دور منصات التمويل الجماعي في تمويل المشاريع الناشئة بالسعودية والإمارات مع الإشارة لحالة الجزائر

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور منصات التمويل الجماعي في تمويل المشاريع الناشئة، بالتركيز على النماذج الرائدة بكل من السعودية والإمارات، وتم الإشارة إلى حالة الجزائر ضمن هذا السياق، كما تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بعدّه منهجا مناسبا للإجابة عن إشكالية الدّراسة، معتمدين على بعض الإحصائيات والتقارير التي تخدم الموضوع. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن منصات التمویل الجماعي الرائدة في السعودية والإمارات قد ساهمت في رفد العدید من المبادرات التي تم استعراضها والمتعلقة بتمويل المشاريع الناشئة، كما أنه يوجد دور مهم وأساسي للتطبیقات الحديثة لمنصات التمویل الجماعي لدعم وتمويل المشروعات الناشئة في الدولتان، أما بخصوص منصات التمويل الجماعي بالجزائر فهي لازالت تفتقر إلى الفعالية والتطور في أدائها بسبب غياب الإطار التشريعي والتنظيمي لطريقة التمويل الجماعي في البلاد.

أثر التّعليم الهجين على مستوى جودة التّعليم في الجامعة من وجهة نظر الطلبة

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أثر التّعليم الهجين على مستوى جودة التعليم في الجامعة الجزائرية، وهذا من وجهة نظر طلبة المستويين الليسانس والماستر بقسم العلوم المالية والمحاسبة بجامعة غرداية، خلال الموسم الجامعي (2020/2021)، وقد استخدم الباحثين الاستبانة الإلكترونية كأداة لجمع البيانات، حيث بلغ حجم عيّنة الدّراسة (115) طالبا وطالبة، تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية، كما تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بعدّه منهجا مناسبا للإجابة عن إشكالية الدّراسة. وقد توصل الباحثين من خلال الدّراسة إلى وجود أثر معنوي ودال إحصائيّا لأبعاد التّعليم الهجين المتمثّلة في: (الوسائل التّعليمية المستخدمة، التّأقلم والتّفاعل، المهارات المعرفيّة المكتسبة، الايجابيات والسّلبيات) على مستوى جودة التّعليم بقسم العلوم الماليّة والمحاسبة في جامعة غرداية.

The Financial Developments Of The Maghreb Countries During Covid-19: Present Challenges And Future Horizons

This study aims at showing the financial developments of the Maghreb countries during Covid-19 and the main challenges faced by these countries in their endeavor to improve their general financial circumstances. To answer the problematic of the study that revolves around knowing the financial developments of the Maghreb countries during Covid-19, we used the analytical descriptive method because it is the most suitable. We analyzed the statistics about the study topic in the light of the report on the horizons of the Arab economy published by the Arab Monetary Fund in 2021. Findings show that the general finance in these countries faces difficult challenges which affect the levels of deficiency and the general indebtedness. Moreover, despite the recovery from the effects of the pandemic, these countries face a geopolitical crisis caused by the Russian invasion of Ukraine which had negative effects on the international economy. This makes it hard for these countries to handle the inflation that led to the rise of the food prices worldwide and the decrease of the purchasing power in a period that witnesses limited revenues and an increase in the public expenditure.

The Impact Of Distance Education Using The Google Classroom Platform On The Quality Of The Educational Process: A Descriptive Study From The Viewpoint Of Faculty Members At The Faculty Of Economics - University Of Ghardaia

The following study aims to highlight the impact of distance education using the Google Classroom platform on the quality of the educational process, and this is from the point of view of the teaching staff at the Faculty of Economics at the University of Ghardaia, during the academic season (2020/2021). The researcher used the questionnaire as a tool for data collection, where the study sample size is estimated at (47) professors, who were randomly selected. The descriptive analytical method is used because it is an appropriate method to answer the study problematic. The study found that there is an impact of distance education using the Google Classroom platform represented by (distance education obstacles, trends towards distance education, possession of distance education skills) on the quality of the educational process from the point of view of the Ghardaia University’s faculty members at the Faculty of Economic Sciences with a total of these Value. In the case of individualizing these values, it was found that there is an impact of distance education obstacles on the quality of the educational process, but it is a negative impact. In addition, there is a positive impact of attitudes towards distance education and the possession of distance education skills on the quality of the educational process.

أثر استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تحسين مهارات المدقق الخارجي – دراسة ميدانية

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أثر استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تحسين مهارات المدقق الخارجي بالجزائر، وقصد تحقيق أهداف الدراسة تمت بلورة الإطار المفاهيمي بالاستناد إلى مراجعة الأدبيات النظرية والتطبيقية، كما تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بعدِّه منهجا مناسبا للإجابة عن إشكالية الدراسة. ومن أجل تحقيق المبتغى من الدراسة تم اختبار فرضياتها من خلال دراسة ميدانية لعينة عشوائية مكونة من 85 مدقق خارجي جزائري، حيث تم جمع البيانات عن طريق الاستبيان وتم تحليلها باستخدام برنامج SPSS. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر معنوي ودال إحصائيا لاستخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تحسين المهارات الفكرية (الذهنية) والمهارات الفنية والوظيفية وكذا مهارات التنظيم وإدارة الأعمال للمدقق الخارجي بالجزائر، كما أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تسهيل حصول المدققين الخارجيين بالجزائر على وسائل تكنولوجيا المعلومات بغية تطوير مهاراتهم العمليّة واستخدامها في عمليات التدقيق.

أثر إيرادات السياحة الدولية في تعزيز أبعاد التنمية المستدامة: دراسة قياسية لدول عربية مختارة خلال الفترة 2005- 2020

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر إيرادات السياحة الدولية في تعزيز أبعاد التنمية المستدامة في دول عربية مختارة خلال الفترة 2005- 2020، ولاختبار الفرضيات تم استخدام تحليل السلاسل المقطعية ( Panel Data) وفق البرنامج الإحصائي Eviews9 ، وخلصت نتائج هذه الدراسة إلى أن السياحة الدولية من خلال إيراداتها: تساهم في زيادة نمو الناتج المحلي الإجمالي وبالتالي تساهم في تعزيز البعد الاقتصادي للتنمية المستدامة؛ - تساهم في تخفيض معدلات البطالة وبالتالي تساهم في تعزيز البعد الاجتماعي للتنمية المستدامة؛ - لا تساهم في زيادة مساحة الغابات وبالتالي لا تساهم في تعزيز البعد البيئي للتنمية المستدامة.
