Abstract The purpose of this paper is to preparing exercises according to some biomechanical variables for women with low back pain and identifying the effect of exercise according to some biomechanical variables and relieving lower back pain for women. The researchers used the one-group experimental design. the sample was chosen by the intentional method to provide the necessary conditions for conducting the study, and they represent the research community and its sample. The researchers also excluded (2) of the injured women because they did not adhere to the rehabilitation sessions, and for the purpose of ensuring the homogeneity of the sample members, the researchers used the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and the torsion coefficient of the results of the field survey in measurements (age, mass, and length). He ages of the research sample ranged between (25-35) years of those who had the injury within a period of time from (one month to six months) (from the date of the injury to them) at the Medical Rehabilitation. Through displaying, analyzing and discussing the results of pre and post-tests, the two researchers concluded: The application of rehabilitation exercises to the affected sample was not left negatively, but they obtained positive effects and rapid improvement and interest in spreading health awareness of following healthy habits while sitting, sleeping, traveling for long distances, or walking or ascend or go down. Through the conclusions reached by the two researchers, they recommended sing rehabilitation exercises programs to develop muscle strength and flexibility of the spine, muscle lengthening exercises, preventing pain in the lower back and avoiding pain Keywords: Lower back pain, Biomechanical, Rehabilitation exercises, sports

The importance of the research lies in: the effect of rehabilitative exercises associated with the electrical stimulation device for working muscles in relieving lower back pain for women aged (25-35) years, and to identify the extent of the effect of these exercises in relieving lower back pain. The research problem lies as a result of technological progress, the movement of the individual has become less and less, which made him more vulnerable to injuries, which led to an increase in the number of women with lower back pain, and the negative effects of those pains on their practical and psychological lives, which prompted the two researchers to study this problem. By strengthening the working muscle groups that have a role in relieving lower back pain, the two researchers chose the experimental approach with a pre and post test for its suitability to the nature of the research. Low back pain sufferers, and the ages of the research sample ranged between (25-35) years, and the sample members who had the injury were collected within a period of time from (one month to six months) (from the date of the injury to them), and the degree of injury was determined, which is from the case Medium Where the two researchers excluded (5) other female patients who were not within the appropriate conditions for the research and who felt the improvement of the health condition and the cessation of pain, so they stopped performing the sessions, and thus the sample constitutes (58,333%) of the total number of female patients in the period of time for their collection and who prove their review in (Al-Rafidain College Center medical rehabilitation and physiotherapy), and the two researchers verified the results using the (SPSS) system, so that the conclusions were that the use of (electrical stimulation) As an aid before performing exercises, it had a role in increasing blood flow in addition to heating the area, which made it easier for the injured person to perform exercises freely, which improves muscle performance to a greater extent. The researchers recommended practicing sports and modifying daily behavior by paying attention to correct posture while performing daily tasks. Keywords: rehabilitative exercises - lower back pain.

Abstract This thesis Have five gateways , the 1st one was about research introduction & its importance , the researcher have illustrated the Pediment game for its speed , performance & continues motion in cases requires fast movement so trainers & specialists used kinetic analysis & technological methods to calculate some Biomechanical variables & some indicators such as flow indicator & calculating angles & speeds for deferent body parts during movement alongside using several devices such as electromyography EMG to calculate the electrical muscle activity during playing.

The researcher used methods and tools to collect information, including conducting a medical examination, determining the relevant tests, and presenting them to experts and specialists. The researcher conducted tests to reach the results of the research using the appropriate statistical means. The researcher concluded that there is a significant correlation between the electrical activity variables (EMG) of the working muscles and some biochemical variables and the level of skill performance during the (preparatory, main, and final) stage of the badminton of the individuals of the research sample

The Effect of Rehabilitative Exercises Preceded by Electrical Stimulation on Some Biomechanical variables Posterior Spiral Muscle Balance and lower Back Pain for Women of Ages (25-35) years Old

Abstract The Researches and studies in the domain of public health and community health keep on furnishing the libraries with many field and theoretical information that provide a public service. The current thesis aims to deeply delve into the field of alleviating the back pain and developing ways to reduce pain to be gradually treated. The current study aims to identify the back pain level among women aged (25-35) years suffering from lower back pain. The researcher has deeply studied causes of the spiral line injury, definitely the posterior spiral line, where the muscles (splenic cephalic cervical - oblique quadriceps - dorsal bone - lumbar (iliac) - long sleeper - femoral biceps - lateral posterior twine). The study has included a sample of (6) women aged (25-35) years, who have been chosen by the voluntary method and the level of pain has been accurately diagnosed. The study has adopted the experimental method with a one-sample design with two pre- and post- tests. Special exercises have been designed to develop and improve the work of the muscles located on the posterior spiral line.ااThe rehabilitation program included (24) rehabilitation units distributed over (3) units per week, so that the total number of units per month is (12) units. The study has adopted the method of recording the electrical activity of the muscles (EMG) for being considered the most accurate method in diagnosing muscle work directly, and included variables (peak, average peaks, area under the curve, index of change). In addition, it was confirmed that the pressure applied by the feet on the ground was validated by using a foot scanner to identify the type and amount of pressure arising before and after rehabilitation. The fourth chapter has included statistical methods for processing the data obtained from the pre- and post- tests, which have been the arithmetic mean, the median, the standard deviation, the torsion coefficient, the law (T) for correlated samples and the level of significance in order to verify the significance of the differences between the arithmetic means of the pre -and post- tests of the research sample. The study is concluded with most important conclusions listed below: The adoption of rehabilitative exercises in addition to electrical stimulation has a major role in improving the lower back pain ، The use of (electrical stimulation) as an aid before performing exercises has a role in increasing blood flow in addition to heating the area, which made it easier for the injured to perform exercises freely, which improves muscle performance to a greater degree, Paying attention to spreading health awareness by adhering healthy habits when sitting, sleeping, traveling long distances, walking, going up or down., Attention to early detection when feeling pain in the lower back to prevent aggravation of the injury. The researcher also recommends some recommendations, including: Using rehabilitative exercise programs to develop muscular strength and flexibility of the spine and stretching exercises for muscles to improve the balance of the front spiral line and prevent lower back pain and avoid pain., Conducting more studies and scientific research to identify the most important muscles working on the front spiral line in order to train and improve them to avoid any health problems that may occur after completing the rehabilitation program., Using auxiliary devices and tools as an aid to the proposed rehabilitation program, as it accelerates recovery and improves muscle performance to a greater degree. , Paying attention to designing dynamic exercise programs to prevent lower back pain for all segments of society, according to the nature of their work and their age., Exercising and modifying daily behavior by paying attention to correct posture while performing daily tasks.

هدفت الدراسة الى اعداد تمرينات تأهيلية لتخفيف الالام اسفل الظهر للنساء المصابات بأعمار 25-35 سنة بالرغم من كثرة مراكز العلاج الطبيعي وما تبذله المراكز العلاجية من جهود في اعداد برامج تأخذ بعين الاعتبار تمرينات لتأهيل عضلات الجسم حيث تساهم التمرينات في تخفيف او شفاء من الالام اسفل الظهر للنساء وهي محاولة لتقليل العبء على المراكز واستفادة النساء اللواتي يرتادونها لأغراض التماثل للشفاء وتقليل درجة الألم في منطقة أسفل الظهر. اما مشكلة البحث جاءت نتيجة ارتفاع زيادة المصابات بالألم اسفل الظهر ومالها من تأثيرات سلبية على حياتهم العملية والنفسية وكذلك بسبب التقدم التكنولوجي حيث أصبحت حركة الفرد تقل شيئا مما جعله اكثر عرضة للإصابات مما دفعت الباحثتان الى تقوية هذه المجاميع العضلية العاملة على اسفل الظهر للتخفيف الالام اسفل الظهر للنساء كما حددت عينه المصابات بالالام اسفل الظهر بعمر 25-35 سنة . وفي الفصل الثالث استخدمت الباحثتان التصميم التجريبي ذو أسلوب المجموعة الواحدة في تحقيق إجراءات البحث . وفي الفصل الرابع تم عرض نتائج بشكل جدول وعرض توضيحي وفقا لعمليات الإحصائية دقيقة وشمل الفصل الخامس الاستنتاجات بان التمرينات المعدة كانت نتائجها ايجابية في تخفيف الالام اسفل الظهر للنساء عينة البحث .
