The current research seeks to identify the role of quality culture represented by its three dimensions (support innovation, support beneficiary satisfaction, support affiliation) in improving the quality of educational service through its four dimensions (quality of faculty members, quality of scientific research, quality of educational administration, quality of educational curricula ) in the College of Administration and Economics - University of Mosul, In its practical aspect, the research relied on distributing a questionnaire as a main tool for data collection on a random sample of (102) academics (teachers) in the college. The main problem of the research was identified by the following question: "Does the culture of quality have a role in improving the quality of educational service in the college under study"? IN the light of this question, a set of hypotheses was formulated that illustrates the nature of the correlation and influence relationships between the research variables, and according to those hypotheses, a hypothetical scheme for the research was built. The descriptive analytical method was used. Data and information were collected for the purpose of processing using statistical programming (SPSS-V:26), and the research reached a set of results, the most important of which are: There is a significant and positive correlation between the dimensions of quality culture and the quality of educational service. There is a significant and positive impact of the dimensions of the culture of quality in improving the quality of educational service. The most important proposals presented by the research is to increase interest in spreading the culture of quality in the College of Administration and Economics in all its departments and people, by holding workshops, seminars and training courses for the college to teach in this field because of its active and vital role in raising and improving the quality of its educational services. Six Sigma Methodology according to the (DMAIC) Model and its Role in Achieving the Criteria of the European Excellence Model (EFQM): An exploratory study of the opinions of a sample of administrative leaders in the Mosul Municipality Directorate

The study aims to clarify the role played by the Six Sigma methodology according to the (DMAIC) model, in achieving the criteria of the European Discrimination Model (EFQM) in the Mosul Municipality Directorate according to the point of view of its administrative leaders, as the study problem raised many questions that dealt with the nature of the relationship and influence between the study variables and in the light of These questions are the formula of three main hypotheses that explain the correlation and influence relations between the variables of the study, and in the light of which the hypothesis of the study was developed that illustrates this.To achieve the goal of the study, a questionnaire was distributed to a sample of (48) people from the administrative leaders working in the directorate .There is a statistically significant correlation and effect between the Six Sigma methodology according to the (DMAIC) model and the criteria of the European Discrimination Model.There is a significant statistically significant correlation and effect between the (DMAIC) model with its five stages and the European discrimination model with its criteria،The researchers presented a set of proposals, most notably: the need to pay attention to the concept of the Six Sigma methodology according to the (DMAIC) model by emphasizing the application of its stages in service organizations, in particular the Mosul Municipality Directorate, because of its importance in reducing errors and defects and eliminating problems, which contributes to improving the quality of The services provided, and the beneficiaries of its services have impressions that the Directorate is distinguished in providing high quality services .Establishing a division within the organizational structure of the Mosul Municipality Directorate, similar to the Quality Department, and defining its work by )defining, measuring, analyzing, improving and controlling( all operations and activities in which it is carried out.

The study aims to explore the nature of the correlation and impact between the benchmarking and the criteria of the European Excellence Model (EFQM) in the Mosul Municipality Directorate according to the viewpoint of its administrative leaders, where the descriptive analytical method was used, by adopting a questionnaire Distributed to a sample of (48) people from the administrative leaders working in the surveyed directorate. After collecting and processing data and information using the statistical program (SPSS.V-25), a set of conclusions was reached, the most important of which are: There is a significant statistically significant correlation and effect between the reference comparison and the criteria of the European Excellence Model, and the existence of a correlation and statistically significant effect between the reference comparison With its five stages and the European Excellence Model with its standards, the researchers presented a set of proposals, most notably: emphasizing the selection of organizations that have a competitive advantage in their performance and services for the purpose of cooperating with them and transferring their successful experiences and applying them in the surveyed directorate, and the need to create a special section similar to the quality department that oversees the benchmarking application processes.

The pioneering role of universities in dealing with the risks of education quality: a case study at the University of Nineveh

The research aims to diagnose the enterprising approach of university leaders in dealing with the risks associated with the quality of educational services provided at Nineveh University. This paper explains the basic concepts of entrepreneurship educational organizations in the management of the quality risk of their educational services. And how are categorized of quality risk and their levels of severity? Thus, research provides a new vision for university entrepreneurship by addressing the contemporary issues of higher education quality risk. The research was based on the vision of a team of university leaders. Use the Failure Model and Effect Analysis Method (FMEA) as the main tool for collecting and analyzing information. Five risks related to quality (student, curriculum, teaching, scientific research and infrastructure) were identified. The research concluded that there are unacceptable high risks at Nineveh University, the highest of which have been formed in the quality risks related to the curriculum. While the lecturer risks represented the lowest level of risk. The research presented proposals to develop the entrepreneurial spirit of university leaders to address quality risks.

Human Resource Skills and Their Role in Achieving Digital Service Quality: An Analytical Study of Employee Opinions in Asia Cell Telecommunications Company

The current research aims to shed light on the skills of human resources and their role in achieving digital service quality, by applying them within Asia Cell Telecommunications Company. This was done through distributing a questionnaire to a random sample of 70 employees working in the mentioned company. The research problem was formulated by the main question: "What is the role of human resource skills in achieving digital service quality in Asia Cell Company?" Based on this question, two hypotheses were formulated to determine the nature of the relationship and the impact between the main research variables. Under these hypotheses, a theoretical model for the research was constructed. Data and information were collected and processed using the SPSS.V-26 statistics software, relying on the descriptive analytical method. The research reached a set of results, the most important of which confirmed the presence of a statistically significant correlation and impact between human resource skills and digital service quality at both the overall and partial levels. Among the main recommendations provided by the research is the encouragement and motivation of work teams within the company to apply new skills in the context of daily work. This is achieved through sharing experiences and utilizing the findings after the completion of each training program. This approach can enable the company to improve team performance and achieve better digital service quality.

Total quality management practices and their role in enhancing the organization's reputation An exploratory study of the opinions of a sample of teachers from Al-Hadbaa University College

The study aims to investigate the role of Total Quality Management (TQM) practices, represented by the following dimensions: customer focus, top management support, employee involvement, education and training, and continuous improvement, in enhancing the reputation of the organization (OR) according to the dimensions of innovation, social responsibility, and service quality in Al-Hadbah University College. It also aims to identify the level of awareness and responsiveness of the sample in the college towards the study variables and dimensions, in order to propose suggestions that contribute to improving and adopting these practices for these variables. Based on the importance of these variables for both the college and the community, the main problem of the study was formulated as the following question: "What is the role of TQM practices in enhancing the reputation of the researched organization?" The study was conducted in Al-Hadbah University College, and a random sample of 72 faculty members was selected to investigate their opinions regarding the variables under study in the college. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach, using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The collected data and information were analyzed using statistical programming (SPSS-V:25). The study revealed several findings, including the presence of a statistically significant positive correlation, at both the overall and partial levels, between TQM practices and enhancing the organization's reputation. It also found a positive and significant overall and partial impact of TQM practices on enhancing the organization's reputation. The study proposed the following recommendations: the necessity of increasing the focus on TQM practices by the college management due to their clear contribution to improving its processes and activities, thus enhancing its reputation and image among other competing colleges.

The current research aims to determine the role of the components of human capital development represented by (education and training, knowledge, skill, and talent) in achieving organizational creativity in the College of Administration and Economics / University of Mosul, the research problem focused on the following question: "Does the development of human capital have a role in achieving organizational creativity?" This study aims to explore the role of strategic quality in achieving organizational excellence. Through an examination of strategic quality with its dimensions encompassing collaborative management, employee empowerment, incentives and rewards, and job satisfaction, the study seeks to elucidate the impact of these dimensions on organizational excellence. Stemming from the primary problem of assessing the contribution and role of strategic quality dimensions in achieving organizational excellence, the scope of the study includes faculty members at the College of Administrative Technology, serving as the research sample. Consequently, the study arrived at a set of conclusions summarizing the significance of strategic quality in attaining organizational excellence. This conclusion underscores the importance of understanding and enhancing strategic quality dimensions as fundamental drivers for performance improvement and excellence within the organizational context.
