Saudi Arabia receives millions of visitors in the two seasons, Hajj and Umrah, and according 2030 vision the number of visitors will reach 30 million in 2030. It is natural that the case of missing visitors happen, so it is necessary to get a technology that helps them to get their residence location and provider their medical information in case of emergency health problems. In the existing solutions the visitor holds ID card containing personal photo and personal information, and normal bracelet that is showing only the address of office without a detail of residence location. This project studies the existent solutions of missing visitor guide and include personal and health information for visitor and then develops new solutions based on Web Application, Mobile Application, and bracelet, while taking into account to methods portability and usability in building the project.
